Make My Day - Cosy Crates

Make My Day Cosy Crates is a Christmas project started in 2023 which saw the delivery of over 20 crates of goodies and gifts to isolated people in the communities around our Hubs. Winter can be the hardest time for older members of the community, so in 2023 the Imagine If team, working alongside two of our Hub communities - Perranwell and Ponsanooth decided to spread some festive cheer by delivering these boxes of goodies to local people most in need at Christmas.

In 2023 the packing and gift finding for the Cosy Crates was supported by local Ponsanooth Primary school - Kennall Vale and also by the Devoran Rainbows and Brownies, who donated gifts and packed the crates. On the 20th of December 2023 the Hub team and Imagine If delivered crates to people across the two communities. I would encourage anybody that’s looking to make a positive change in their community to use iBelong as the foundation for making that happen… The ability to be able to bring people together from different backgrounds to try and achieve great things, it’s very powerful to actually see that in action.
