Pain in the Arts
In Cornwall we have been joined at several of the Pain Cafes by local Art Therapist, Kerry Day. With a focus on the theme of 'Pain in the Arts' Kerry took us through an ink-based art session focusing on listening, speaking, and witnessing—using ink instead of words. Participants expressed that it “felt good to use the ink with their fingers to express their thoughts and emotions”.
